Every child is wondrous and unique. Health and nutrition play a huge role in how they learn, grow, and thrive. As a Nutritional Therapist, I take a whole-child approach, considering all the factors that influence health and wellbeing—so your child(ren) can feel their best, stay focused at school, and reach their full potential.

I work closely with parents to create practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to each child’s unique needs. My nutritional approach uses functional medicine to identify key patterns of imbalance and develop a personalised protocol that supports growth, development, and wellbeing—whether children face digestive or nutrient concerns, allergies, eczema, autoimmune conditions, learning differences, or neurodivergence.

 

When working with families, I take a step-by-step approach, with small, actionable steps that fit into daily life, with the aim to help your  children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. My work includes:
 

  • Ensuring nutrients for growth, brain development, and overall wellbeing

  • Designing elimination diets and targeted dietary interventions to identify and reduce triggers/allergies and nourish your child

  • Supporting gut health and the microbiome with probiotic-rich and anti-inflammatory foods

  • Balancing blood sugar to support energy, mood, healthy weight, and immune function

  • Promoting immune system health, including support for conditions such as eczema

  • Optimising sleep, daily routines, and emotional regulation

  • Educating families on practical, evidence-based diet and lifestyle choices


I also use functional testing—blood, urine, hair, and stool—to uncover nutrient deficiencies, heavy metal exposures, genetic polymorphisms, and other insights. This guides personalised nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle adjustments. Blood tests can be arranged locally, with a comfortable, stress-free experience for your child.
