I always rely on the latest research, and use functional tests (blood, urine, hair, stool) when helpful to understand your child’s unique needs and to guide personalised recommendations, which can include temporary or ongoing supplementation to replete deficiencies. I also collaborate with a local hospital for blood tests, ensuring the experience is as comfortable and stress-free as possible for your child.
