ANTHROPOMETRIC ASSESSMENT

Are you curious about your metabolic health? Book a Body Composition Analysis and receive a comprehensive, medically accurate assessment, including your weight, BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass and quality, body type, bone mass, visceral fat, total body water, basal metabolic rate (BMR), and metabolic age. In addition, your height, waist and hip measurements, and blood pressure will be evaluated.​

ADD-ON BLOOD PANEL + 1 HOUR CONSULTATION

​For a complete picture, a metabolic blood panel can be ordered (at an extra charge), followed by an hour consultation to help you interpret your results. This gives you the knowledge and clarity to make informed, personalised choices, with actionable, next step recommendations to optimise your metabolic health.
