STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION
DISCOVERING YOUR HEALTH PATTERNS AND KEY PRIORITIES

This consultation is designed to get to know you—your health history, nutrition and lifestyle, any challenges you may be facing—so we can identify practical first steps to optimise your health. Before the session, you’ll receive a health and life history form and a 3-day Food Diary to complete.

This appointment includes:
 

  • A 90 minute consultation, offered online, in-person, or by telephone

  • A review of your completed forms and any available test results

  • A detailed discussion of your health history, nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation use, and goals

  • An initial assessment of your current symptoms and patterns

  • A detailed written summary of our discussion (within 72 hours), including:

    • A high-level mapping of your body’s systems using a functional medicine approach to identify key areas for support

    • A tailored wellness protocol with clear, actionable, personalised recommendations for nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation, plus supporting resources

    • Guidance on optional next steps and testing to support your health and wellbeing


For those ready to make consistent progress toward better health, follow-up appointments may be recommended.

STEP 2: COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT PROGRAMME
IMPLEMENTING DEEPER INSIGHTS AND TARGETED STRATEGIES

This package, following your initial consultation, provides a deeper, more comprehensive approach to supporting long-term health. Our ongoing work allows us to dig deeper to uncover root causes and implement collaborative, targeted strategies step-by-step over time, to meet your health goals. Over three 60-minute follow-up sessions, we build on the insights from your initial consultation to create a truly holistic and actionable plan, with ongoing support to ensure that the recommendations are practical, sustainable, and adapted to your evolving needs.


This package includes:
 

  • Three 60-minute follow-up sessions, offered online, in-person, or by telephone

  • Access to a private client portal for secure communication, resources, and appointment management

  • An ongoing, collaborative, step-by-step approach tailored to your goals and timeline, including:

    • A detailed written summary of our discussion (within 72 hours) after every appointment

    • Reviews of your progress and test results

    • Additions and adjustments to your wellness protocol according to your evolving needs

    • Clear, actionable, personalised dietary, lifestyle, and supplementation recommendations, plus supporting resources

    • Support via email and chat between sessions to address questions or concerns

    • Collaboration with your healthcare team, family members, or carers as desired

    • Guidance on optional next steps, supportive therapies, and testing to support your health and wellbeing


FUNCTIONAL TESTING (WHEN INDICATED)*

To support gut, liver, immune, metabolic, hormonal, and cellular health—and guide personalised interventions—functional medicine testing may be recommended. These tests salivary, urine, blood, stool, and hair tests are selected when clinically indicated based on your health history, current symptoms, and goals. They are designed to provide clarity and actionable insights for your personalised wellness plan and are charged separately.

STEP 3: EXTENDED CARE
ONGOING SUPPORT, MONITORING, AND OPTIMISATION

For clients managing chronic or complex conditions, ongoing care provides structured support with personalised dietary and lifestyle recommendations, regular progress monitoring, and check-ins. This ensures your wellness plan remains effective, tailored to your evolving needs, and aligned with your long-term health goals.
 

After completing Steps 1 and 2, you have the option to continue your care by:
 

  • Booking Additional Comprehensive Support Programme Packages
    For clients requiring continued support and guidance with sessions at regular intervals, additional follow-up programmes can be booked.
     

  • Booking Extended Care Appointments
    Ad-hoc, individual Extended Care sessions can be booked as needed to review progress, adjust your plan, or address any specific or new health concerns.
